Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 27, 2025

At Safety Counselling, Inc., we strive to provide the highest level of safety training and customer service. Please review our cancellation and refund terms before registering:

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class: Full refund (minus any applicable credit card fees).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time: Subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the class or individual rate.

Payment Information:

• Payments can be made via credit card or company purchase order.
• If paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the final invoice.
• If a Purchase Order is required by your organization, it must be provided at the time of confirmation.

Participant Responsibility & Liability Waiver:

By registering for a course or signing a training quote:

• You agree to hold harmless Safety Counselling, Inc., its employees, agents, and officers from any injury, claim, or liability resulting from attendance or participation in training.
• You agree to indemnify Safety Counselling, Inc. for any litigation, legal fees, or settlements arising from participation-related claims.

• Prices listed do not include gross receipts tax, if applicable.
• Credit card payments must include:
  – Card number
  – Card type
  – Expiration date
  – Name as it appears on the card
